Join The Common Acre and superstar local chefs Tarik Abdullah, Irbille Donia, and Cody Westerfield for an appetizing evening fundraiser - from the comfort of your own home! You’ll learn how to prepare a farm-fresh meal (and craft cocktail to match!) along with the pros, hear more about our approach to food justice, and enjoy performances by outstanding local Northwest artists.
We will launch our awesome silent auction at 9am Oct. 4 and bring it to a close with its final hour during our happy hour 4pm-5pm. Don't worry our system will keep you updated via text on your bid items so you won't miss out on your opportunity to raise money for The Common Acre and walk away with goodies. Our growing list of sponsors includes: Tito’s Vodka, Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center, Northwest Film Forum, and Matthews Winery.
Although we’re sad that we can’t gather in person this year, we’re excited to bring our community together for our first VIRTUAL event. And, since we’re all at home, this is a fun opportunity to learn chef techniques in the comfort of your own kitchen!
You’ll be able to select from the following options:
Meal Kit Delivery: have our farm-fresh ingredients delivered locally to your door
Meal Kit Pick Up: available for pick-up Oct. 3 at our Cascade farm in South Lake Union (including adult beverage options)
Shopping List & Recipes: do your own shopping at a farmer’s market, co-op, or grocery store near you!
Can’t make our event?
We’ll be recording the whole thing, and if you’d like to watch our cooking demos and experience the art, you can still purchase a ticket to receive the recipes, the shopping list, and be sent the video link!
